First week of vacation is almost over and it was a decent one.

The situation at the gas stations, due to the war, is not funny, luckily I don't need to drive anywhere.... for now.

I mostly stayed home, played video games, did some chores.
All very slowly, one thing today, another tomorrow, no rush.

Been cooking a lot more recently, which can only be a good thing after all the fast and junk food I had the previous weeks.

Anyway, nothing else to report, gonna make breakfast now.

Then I have my vacation.
And I need it. Really.

These past three weeks have been stressful.
All the night shifts got my sleep schedule messed up, body is aching and I just don't want to go to work anymore.

As if things weren't bad enough, the wife of a coworker might have gotten covid and two other friends are in financial trouble.

It is mentally and physically exhausting, trying to keep up with everything.

So the past two weeks were rough.

As mentioned before, I am hardly halfway through the night shifts this month and this week was a lot.
Not only a lot to do but on wednesday, we were hit by one of two big storms.

It caused a lot of trouble for us and as a result, my sleep schedule is now severely messed up.
Unless it gets back on track within the next day or two, I am not sure I can safely make it through my work week.

Sunday is mother's birthday and since she said she wants to spend time alone with me, I'm going to visit her today instead.
That suits me fine as I can relax on sunday before going back to work.

In Kathy related news, things are quiet and calm to the point we barely talk to each other anymore, which saddens me...
